Route Notes Walsh started from C4 on 24th 10:30 pm, got to the summit at 9:00 am 25th May; Walsh went with Nima Dorje. Dhillon started from C4 on 24th 11:00 pm, got to the summit at 8:45 am 25th May; Nima and Kusang were with him. On 24th Mrs. Leonard, Kieran and Williams also left C4 together and they got up to the South Summit 8763m later. Singapore team was in front of them that day, and a Bolivian was also before them. Russell Brice was to the summit from the North; also some Chinese and 3 Sherpas. All of summit party of this expedition came to and slept at South Col. Leonard, Kieran and Williams returned from South Summit because the weather was deteriorating. Goodwin, Smith and Williams made summit attempt on 19 May but returned from South Summit because there was no fixed rope.
