Route Notes C1 at North Col High point at North Col. Stayed at BC 8 days to acclimatize from there and had intermediate camp above that. Then after ABC reached, snow conditions bad with fresh snowfall making it deep on the ground. Did not try to establish camp on Col but made carries of gear to camp site 12-15 Sept and down. Later some members did go to col but didn't sleep there and missed few days of good weather when were staying in BC waiting for good forecasts. On 5th 3 members did make token stay at C1 one night. All climbing members reached Col except Yvonne Holland, Mrs Sandra Stubbs and Terry Stubbs.
Accidents Redley throat trouble, Bell cerebral edema, Mead anal abcess.
