Route Notes BC at road C1 at North Col C2 at right of ridge High point at C2. C2 destroyed by wind on 6th May and never had a chance to re-establish it. Camp set up on 27th April by 3 Sherpas who slept at N Col and returned with more loads next day; on 13th May same 3 Sherpas went again to C2, slept in Italian tent and left camp next morning. All 3 in C2 night of 13th May hoping to make bid with Sherpas afer having made one more camp at 8200m and go to top on 16th.
