Route Notes BC at end of road C1 on North Face High point on N Face. All 3 climbers went to N Col on 31st Aug and back to BC same day. Much snowfall. Again up from BC on 5th Sept, 6th Sept to 7800m where made a camp and slept. 7th Sept down to BC with bad snow conditions, winds and not fully acclimatized. Next 12 days in BC with snowfall most days and frequent avalanches. 20th Sept to ABC, 21st in ABC during snowfall, 22nd to N Col and back to ABC because bad snow conditions. 24th Diego and Hans to 7800m (Joos not well and down to ABC) where slept, planning to go 8400m and on to top. 25th Joos up very early from ABC to catch up with others and saw others leave C1 very late. Bad weather came in and when Hans and Kammerlander reached 8100m and climb finished because above 8100m very dangerous with wind slab and crust over deep snow making climb very slow and down to ABC. 26th to BC leaving ABC. 28th cleared ABC. Jeep at BC for other group arrived 30th Sept and this team used this, leaving BC 1st Sept for Nyalam.
