Route Notes Approach: Pangboche, Lobuje, Everest BC BC 28/04 5350m C1 01/05 6000m C2 02/05 6440m C3 15/05 7100m C4 16/05 7900m Smt 17/05 by Cool, Walker, Dorjee Gyalgen, Siddhi Ghising Tamang at 6 am. Left South Col at 9 pm. Straightforward climb. Spent about 10 min on the summit due to the cold. Descended to C4 where they arrived at noon. On 18/05 descent to C2, on 19/05 BC. Left BC: 19/05 by heli. Oxygen: Taken and used [by Cool] from C3 to top to C3; Walker from C2 to top to C2; Sherpas from C4 to top to C4.
