Route Notes Reuters, Beijing, May 15- Due to the current severe international epidemic situation, the State Sports General Administration of China issued a notice stating that it has decided to stop mountaineering activities on the north slope of Mount Everest in the spring of 2021, and requested the organizers to stop the mountaineering activities originally applied for. Xinhua News Agency quoted the notice later on Friday and stated that in order to effectively implement the directive requirements of "external defense input, internal defense rebound" and ensure foolproof, it decided to cancel the "General Administration of Sports Approval of Tibet Yala Shampoo Adventure Service Co., Ltd. to organize the spring of 2021." The decision to climb Mount Everest." The company is the only organizer to obtain a permit to organize climbing activities in the North Slope in the spring of 2021. A total of 21 Chinese climbers have obtained climbing permits. Mount Everest is located on the border between China and Nepal, but the recent epidemic situation in Nepal has been deteriorating. The Tibetan mountaineering management department previously decided to set up a "separation line" on the northern slope of Mount Everest, prohibiting anyone from the north and south slopes from contacting each other on the summit, and prohibiting Chinese climbers from having any contact with Nepalese Hada and other objects that have been hung on the summit.
