Smt 01/06 by Rostovtsev, Kalabukhova, Lakpa Ongjuk, Ngima Dorchi, Nima Dindu and Ngima Thindu. First summit team: Kubatov, Mikheev, Permilovskaya, Shulepov, Wolfson and Livanov led by Abramov along with seven Sherpas started their summit push from BC on 16 May to C1. On 17 May they arrived C2. Due to bad weather they had to stay at C2 four days. On 21 May the team reached C3 and on 22 May to C4. On 22 May the team started from C4 at 11 pm with 14 Sherpas. Abramov had to turn around with Livanov (altitude) from the Balcony with two Sherpas. Rest of the climbers and 10 Sherpas got to the summit at 11:30 am on 23 May. The team returned C4 around 4 pm and went down to C2 where they arrived around 10 pm. Wolfson and Dawa spent the night at C3, next day to C2. Three climbers and two Sherpas including Abramov spent night at C1. All members moved to BC and Kathmandu (Livanov) from C2. Wong Dorchi Sherpa died on 23 May at South Col after summiting (Phu Dorchi found him dead). Second summit team: Rostovtsev and Kalabukhova with 3 Sherpas left BC on 21 May to C1. On 22 May they went to C2. The team waited there for good weather till 29 May and on 30 May they reached C3 with four Sherpas. They were at C4 on 31 May and started for summit at 9 pm. The team got to the summit at 6 am on 1 June and stayed there for about an hour, then descended C4 around 10 am. They left C4 at 11:30 am and reached C2 around 2:30 pm. The climbers went down to BC and to Kathmandu by Heli. All the other members reached C2 during the rotation period.
