Route Notes High point (unsure of which date): time started at 6 am, reached high point before midday at 6000m by all 3 members. Last attempt climb abandoned on 27th Sept due to dangerous serac. Spent 3 weeks at BC, helped Madison with his team to fix rope. Two weeks ago viewed the serac; checked conditions everyday. Tried going Alpine style with his two members once. Then tried with Sherpas twice. Altogether tried 4 times to cross the ice fall. Last attempt on 27th Sept. Serac is about 50 mtrs height, 30 mtrs across, looked like it had moved 2/3 metres more. Too much risk. Note: Was helping rope fixing so never actually skied down any section of the route.
