Route Notes BC 15/04 5350m C1 20/04 5900m C2 21/04 6440m HPt 04/05 7000m by Hamor and Colibasanu. The team tried to ascend via the West Shoulder and then traverse over to the Hornbein Couloir. They ascended the West Shoulder four times and every time they went up they fixed a bit more rope. The first time they ascended on the far right, however, the conditions were not good (blue ice) so they moved farther to the left. They attempted the route four times. The last time they were fixing the rope it was very windy and they descended on 04/05. They left BC on 22/05 by trekking. Oxygen: Not taken, not used
