Route Notes Translated from Dutch from Expedition blog: After a difficult start from C3 to C4 with winds that you were blown down and every piece of bare skin with frostbite was paid, we arrive at C4. Together we equalize a place for the tent, the wind still huge. We deployed the tent, immediately comes a tent pole causing the sail's wind and the tent was flying through the air. Away, vanished! The second tent worked well and we were able to take shelter in. As the day progressed, weakness also wind down. To 18h decided Sherpas all together for that day summit attempt not to do, it would have been enough. The next day we are left at 19h, the Indians head making the pace was very low. As soon as the opportunity arose I surpassed this group and I could take my own pace. I reached the summit at the time of the sunrise. The battery of my camera and camera refused service. Only go pro I had removed the battery and have worn my body worked. The descent was a hellish caraway since there was a crowd of people up and I had to pass it with the necessary risks, as only a single rope was available. Left at 18 pm on May 18, 2016 in C4 and on May 19 at 12 hours I was back in C2. Tired but satisfied! I was warmly received by the crew from C2 and am happy for the three of us that our expedition was successful. Now it was just the Khumbu icefall safely come down where my friends waiting for me.
