Route Notes Tisalema's plan was to climb Everest in one day. Accordingly, he started his summit bid from ABC on 28 May and got to C3. He left ABC at 6 am and reached C3 at 7:50 pm NST. Martinez and Dawa was already there on 28 May. Their plan was to leave C3 at 10 pm for summit. Everything was Ok until the time of getting off rom C3. Dawa said that he was ready to move and started putting on crampons and came out of tent then he felt that he was feeling dizzy and started vomiting. He went inside the tent and collapsed. Tisalema said he gave Dawa medicines and put him on oxygen. The Latorre (Spanish) team planned to go to summit on 30 May and was at C2 on 28 May. The team came to know about sick Dawa who was with Tisalema at C3. Latorre team went to C3 with Ritemba on 29 May where Ritemba brought down sick Dawa to ABC same day. Later Latorre and Orviz followed Ritemba to ABC. Dawa brought to Kathmandu on 1 June and admitted to Norvic Hospital. Tisalema said that the cause of Dawa's sickness was due to block in artery of right side of the brain. Sherpa: Dawa Sherpa, Ropesa, Makalu-5, 28/4/75
