Route Notes Bremond, Brisebourg, Jaccard, Morschel, Ang Pemba, Pechhumbe and Ang Sona started their summit bid from C3 at 8 pm NST on 20 May. They got to the top at 3:30 am of 21 May. They stayed on summit for 10 minutes and descended to C3 where they arrived at 7 am. Bremond, Brisebourg and Jaccard went down to ABC where they arrived between 4 to 5 pm. Morschel slept at C2 and next day to ABC. The weather at the beginning was very windy and in the morning it was good. Between 30 to 40 climbers summited on that day. On 21 May Defontaines and Gyalzen left C3 for summit at 6 am they got to 8615m at around 9 am and turned around to C3 where they got around 10:30 am. Similarly, Veronese and Phur Jangbu left C3 at 8:30 am on 21 May. They turned around from 8550m to C3. Defontaines, Gyalzen, Veronese and Phuru Jangbu went down to ABC same day. Ricard climbed up to 7700m (C2) on 29 April, but she did not sleep there.
