Route Notes The Canadian woman and Swedish man were originally independents, but they arrived only a day apart, their trekking agent put them in the same hotel, they flew to Lukla on the same day planning to go first to Island peak. So they became a single team. The two foreigners summited Island Peak with their three Sherpas on 6 April and set up their Everest BC on the 10th. They rested there for a few days before attacking Everest. Their climb of Everest went smoothly and on 13 May all members and Sherpas went to the summit. The two members, Pemba and Pemba Rinzi left C4 at 7:30 pm on the 12th; Kami left camp at 8:30 am and caught up with the others so that all got to the top together at 4:00 am on 13 May. The weather was clear but very windy, and very dark. They returned to C4: Trygg and two Pembas at 8:00 am, Dube and Kami at 8:30 am. They slept there for a short time, then at 11:00 am all left the camp to descend to C2. Everyone was in BC on the 14th. Sherpas: Kami/Kame Sherpa, 28/8/62, Bagam, Kerung-4, Solu, Everest X10, Lhotse X1, Cho Oyu X1, Dhaulagiri X1 Pemba Sherpa, 6/1/80, Patle-4, Okhaldhunga, Everest X3 Pemba Rinzi/Ringi, 10/1/76 (9/2/2032), Bishinga-7, Okhaldhunga, Everest X1, Dhaulagiri X3
