Route Notes Summit team left C4 at 10 pm on 20 May. Weather was calm and clear. They spent about one hour on summit descended to C4, arrived at 11:30 am. On way up Fry noticed his cold feet but decided to go for summit despite cold feet. When he got to C4 he saw that 8 of his toes were brown. He warmed them up in his sleeping bag. The next day team descended to BC. Fry was able to walk down himself. He was helicoptered out on 24 May. Went to CIWEC and doctors said he could keep toes. Smith got to C2 on 20 April but did not stay night (team's acclimatization). Stayed at C1, BC on 21 April. When he got to BC he noticed a blind spot in his eye. He saw HRA doctors, who told him to go down. He left BC on 24 May to go "back" to KTM. Figg reached C3 on 2 May, but did not stay night (acclimatization trip). On summit push he left BC with rest of team on 17 May. He had a cold and rested in C1 for one day. On 18 May he reached C2 but did not go any further due to his cold. He stayed there until summit team came down. On 21 May Pemba Tenzing was involved in rescuing Usta Bista from C4 to C2. She was put in a stretcher and dragged down to C2. They left C4 at 11:30 am and arrived at C2 at 7 am.
