| Route Notes | BC at CBC/IC on 13 April at 19,000 ft C3 at lower than usual campsite. On 14 May, Bird, Delehanty, Rehfeld, Severis and Lobsang Sherpa left top camp 8000m at 11 pm NST. Severis and Lobsang summited at 10:30 am on 15 May. They stayed 10 minutes on summit. On the summit Severis saw a glass case [containing a Bhudda statue] and lots of prayer flags. Severis and Lobsang descended to top camp at 2 pm. A Japanese team was ahead of them and behind were an Irish team. The summit day weather was beautiful. Bird and Delehanty turned around from base of the Second Step at 7 am and back to top camp where they reached at 10:30 am because their oxygen supply decreased. Rehfeld turned around from the base of First Ftep due to intestinal pain and back to top camp at 8 am. The team returned to Kathmandu on 23 May and leaves on different dates.
