| Route Notes | 23 May Totmyanin started with Tsialpuk (Belarus) from C3 at 04:00 CST, summitted at 12:15 (10:00 NST), stayed for 1 hour 15 minutes. Good weather came down to C3 at 16:15 stayed for 30 minutes and came down to C2 at 19:00. No other climbers summit that day. Korshunov reached high point at 8300m (C3) together with Bolotov and Surmonin on 12 May. Didn't stay overnight due to bad weather conditions. Bolotov and Surmonin made 2nd attempt on 21 May reached only 7700m due to health condition of Surmonin who didn't feel well and asked Bolotov to help him descend to BC same day. |
