| Route Notes | Yamashita, Pasang Tshering Sherpa and Kami Singee Tamang left C3 at 00:00 hours on May 14, summited at 08:15 hours of 15th, stayed on summit 30 minutes, descended to North Col at 20:00 hours. After three days to CBC. Summit day weather was good, but afternoon was windy and snowfall. Yamashita said thay May 14 to 20 was good weather; about 10 people summited on the 15th. Yamashita said he saw the dead body of British (Sharp) at Second Step and two more at 8400m, another one at 8700m. Mark Inglis (NZ double amputee) summited almost together with Yamashita. Yamashita returned to Kathmandu on May 22 and will leave on 27th.
