| Route Notes | BC at Khumbu Glacier C1 at usual campsite C3 at usual campsite C3 at usual campsite C4 at South Col. Min Yeon-Sik, Shin Jang-Seop, Youn Sheong-Weon, Nima Gyalzen, Chomba Nurbu, Nawang Wongchu, Phurtemba left C4 at midnight of May 16. After about an hour Youn, Nawang Wongchu, Phurtemba decided to turn around. At South Summit Min's oxygen mask did not work. He waited there for others to descend from top. Shin Jang-Seop, Nima Gyalzen and Chomba Nurbu summited at 15:10 hours, stayed on summit for 10 minutes then descended to C4 at about 20:00 hours. Next day all descended to C2. At the beginning it was cloudy and windy; when they reached around Balcony it was quite and no wind. At summit it was cloudy around the summit. Choi, Lee, Park, Da Gyalzen, Nawang Lhakpa and Thile Nuru started 20:30 hours of May 18. After 30 minutes they found Miss Kwak of Korean Dream Everest Expedition (broken hips, both hands frostbitten); apparently she might have fallen down. She was carried down by three members and Sherpas to C4. She was given oxygen and attended by two members and Sherpas. Lee, Nawang Lhakpa and Thile Nuru restarted from C4 at 23:00 hours. After 30 minutes climb they found Lee Sang-Bae of Korean Dream Everest Expedition lying almost unconscious. Lee, Nawang Lhakpa and Thile Nuru brought him to C4 and gave him oxygen. Then Lee, Nawang Lhakpa and Thile Nuru again started after mid-night. The team reached summit at 11:00 hours, stayed on summit little more than 30 minutes, descended to C4 at 17:50 hours. The expedition returned to Kathmandu on May 28 and will leave on 31st.
