Route Notes C1 at top of Icefall C2 at West Cwm C3 at Lhotse Face C4 at South Col. 27 April to 24 May stayed in BC every night, though went trekking in area because weather reports of high winds continued through this period. 24 May Quah and Zerbe to C3; 30th May Chow, Ee and Teo to C3. Had split into 2 groups with one following the other and in support of the other if needed. 30th May Quah and Zerbe to C4 and established camp there with 2 Sherpas. 30th at 10:00 pm Zerbe and Quah and Sherpas Tashi Dorje and Karma Rita left for top. Quah and Karma Rita turned back at the balcony at about 8400m because Quah's oxygen regulator leaking and returned to C2 that day while Zerbe and Tashi Dorje to top at 7:25 am and Zerbe down to C2, Tashi Dorje to C2. 31st May Ee, Chow and Teo to C4 from C3, from C2 to C4 same day were Ang Chhiring, Lhakpa Tshering and Dorje Lama. At 9:00 pm all in C4 left for top. Ee and Dorje Lama at midnight at 8300m turned back because Ee found wind too strong and feared might get frostbitten and down to C2; others to top; Chow at 9:30 am with Ang Chhiring, Teo on top at 11:30 am and down to C4 and 3rd to C2. Expedition doctor left on 30th May to return to work. Sherpa summiters: Tashi Dorje, aka Ang Tashi, 26/9/70, Pangboche, Anna X1, Cho Oyu X2 Kami Tshering, aka Ang Tshering, 1962, Everest X5, Cho Oyu X5 Lakpa Tshering/Chhiri, aka Sonam, Everest X1, K2 X1 Shared base camp facilities and 8 Sherpas above BC with Robert Goh expedition (pro-rated 7 to this team and 1 to Goh team).
