Route Notes BC at Khumbu Glacier C1 at usual campsite C2 at usual campsite C3 at usual campsite C4 at South Col. Van Hoy, Dawa Sherpa and Tendi Sherpa left C4 at 9:15 pm on May 15th, summited at 7 am on 16th, stayed about 25 minutes, descended to South Col all together where the team arrived at 2 pm. Next day all to BC. Team of Justman (Mountain Link), Greeks and Swiss were ahead of Van Hoy on summit, and behind them were Discovery group. There were about 8 people of summit at the time of Van Hoy got to summit. Weather was fantastic. Other member Kuo (Taiwan) reached up to C2 on April 22. He decided not to continue his climbing because the way ahead is too steep for him. Kuo left BC on April 24 and for Taipei on 25th. He was not sick. The Van Hoy team returned to KTM on May 23 and leaves on 24th. Note: Five Sherpas were shared by Van Hoy team and Justman team. Kale Sherpa only up to C2 (shared with Nomad Expeditions other team led by Jeffrey Justman) Sherpa summiters with Van Hoy Tendi, 2/6/67, Taksindu-7, Solu Dawa, 19/5/63, Taksindu-7, Solu, Everest X6
