| Route Notes | BC at 5170m CBC Intermediate camp on April 16 at 5700m. May 18 Milne started with Sherpas at 02:00 hours, reached at 8500m at 05:00 hours, returned to C3 at 07:30, C2 at 14:00 hours. Next day to ABC. According to Milne French team with Sherpas reached summit on 17th. On 18th ahead of Milne were Koreans and Greeks. Milne said on 19th and Spanish and 5 Indian Navy team summited. The Spanish and Indian team members found two Koreans on their way up alive on the traverse (rock). Indian team got telephone number of one of the Korean members. The two Koreans were some how unable to move. Milne returned to KTM on 25th and trying to leave on 28th. |
