| Route Notes | BC at CBC ABC at usual campsite C1 at usual campsite C2 at usual campsite. Louka climbed up to 7530m on May 18th, became exhausted and did not continue. Palacky climbed up to 7600m on May 19, then turned back exhausted to C2. On 19th Hrad left alone C2 at 10:00 hours Chinese time to set up C3. He reached to 7800m at 16:00 hours. He could not go further as the load he was carrying was too heavy and decided to return to C2. He arrived at C2 at 16:00 hours. Next day to ABC decided to abandon the expedition as time also was not enough to try the summit again. The expedition arrived to KTM on 27th and will leave Nepal on June 2. |
