| Route Notes | Delrieu, Etienne, Gresset, Lachaud and Nima Nurbu Lama left C3 at 02:00 hours on May 22. Lachaud and Lama reached summit at 09:30 hours, stayed on summit for 45 minues, descended to C2 at 18:00 hours. Delieu reached up to 8480m without oxygen, but it was very cold and windy, so she gave up and returned to ABC. Gressset reached below Second Step, but his oxygen mask was not fitted properly, so he gave up climbing and descended to ABC. Etienne reached up to 8650m, but his oxygen ran out and had to turn around to ABC. Jond climbed up to C1, but he had back pain and did not try to climb. All members used oxygen from C2 except Delrieu. Lachaud used oxygen from C2 to summit to C2. Lama sued oxygen from 8300m to summit to 8300m.
