Route Notes C1 at North Col, May 15: All five members started from C2 at 20:00 hours NST. Robl and Zinsli reached at 8450m at 02:00 hours on 16th and found that there was no fix rope. Both waited for Sherpas of Kobler's team to come up and fix ropes. After 1-1/2 hours waiting, it became very cold and they decided to return to C2 where they reached at 06:00 hours. Borrmann got sick at 8100m then went down with Boll-Borrmann and Gujan. They reached C2 at 01:00 hours. The team members became tired. They felt without oxygen it would be difficult to try again the summit and they did not like to use oxygen. The team returned to KTM on May 27 night. They will be leaving, some members on May 31 and rest on June 3.
Accidents Stucki left IntBC on May 5 due to stomach disorder; Borrmann got stomach disorder
