Route Notes Gonzalez and Sherpa started climbing from C3 at 1:30 am of 27th and reached the summit at 1:30 pm of 27th May. They spent 5 minutes on the top and took photographs. It was windy and cloudy on the top. Gonzalez could not come down to C3. He spent a night on the ridge about 8600m. He had arrived there at about 7:30 pm of 27th May. Gonzalez came down to C3 at 9 am of 28th May and the same day he came down to ABC. Members of the team helped him from the height of 7500m to come down to ABC. He had 8 fingers frostbitten. Sherpas came down to C3 at C3 at 8 pm of 27th May. Gonzalez finished his oxygen while spending night on the ridge. He spent night without sleeping bag. - Summiters had used oxygen from C3 - Banales reached 8650m without oxygen and Feijoo reached 8035m without oxygen - Navas reached C3 - Paseban reached 8600m with oxygen, had toe frostbite - Lisi on 27 May reached 8500m and Lopez reached 8000m - Lisi retreated because strong wind, no rope fixed and very difficult higher, so down to C3 while Banales and Lhakpa Gyalzen went on to summit.
