| Route Notes | BC at TBC - (stayed 4 days) C1 at North Col C2 on North Ridge C3 below Yellow Band High point at below the Second Step. Vidal and real left BC on 17 to C2, 18th to C3. From C3 on 19th at midnight about 5:30 am of 20th reached below the Second Step back to C3. Left BC on 25th, stayed till 27th in C2, then back to BC (Vidal and Corominas). * First tried the Messner route up to North Col. Route condition was bad. Avalanche on May 14, decided not to approach that route. |
