Route Notes BC at normal site Depot camp 0n a plateau C1 above col on right side of col C2 on NE Ridge High point at NE Ridge. Took long time to reach C2 because of winds. Had acclimatization up to 6000m in 8 days in Chamonix lodge and in 5 days Brussels pressure chamber for pilots but above 6000m did feel altitude. From Brussels chamber to BC was 9 days. 17th 3 Ukrainians dissappeared in slab avalanche & French Sherpas investigated snow conditions & reported terrible snow condition. Now 25th at 6000m after sun behind ridge at 3 pm. Ukrainians took clothing & gear of other teams. Mousny did no climbing on Dhaulagiri because not acclimatized since had not been Brussels chamber.
Accidents Vansteene fell jumping a crevase & injured his knee; nothing else
