| Route Notes | BC at normal BC site. On 6 Oct Murawicz and Pawlowski climbed Swiss's expedition's rope together on NE Ridge but stopped at 7250m because of strong wind blowing away Swiss tent at 7400m. Pawlowski then decided his team should go to C1 to wait for weather to improve. 8th no better so down to BC and again wind very strong. This autumn very dangerous icefall. |
