| Route Notes | C3 at under yellow band. Strba slipped 300m in descent from 7700m, went past C3 and had to climb back up to camp; lost glove and got frostbitten finger (may lose top of thumb). Nicco first person to summit on 6th and slept in ABC where reached at 6:00 pm. Slama was very slow and didn't expect changes of weather so quick and bad. Visability only 10 meters and not absolutely certain reached top. Nicco in clear weather saw Everest but others from this team in clouds on summit. |
