Route Notes BC at true Kangchung ABC northeast of Nangpa La. All members reached C2. C3 pitched by Jimeno (only member to go above C2) with Kazi Sherpa. Climbed on to top 29th [with Ballano]. Weather not good (strong wind and snow falling); left C3 7:30 am, 5 pm on top and in descent bived at 8000m; lost their way and went too far to left; made biv at 6:30 pm and stayed until 7:00 am. 30th Sept to C1.
Accidents Lopsang Sherpa pulmonary edema; Lopez felt very cold and would have frozen; Jean hemorrhoids
