Route Notes BC at Kangchung's correct location ABC NNE of Nangpa La (near "g" of Gyabrag Glacier) C1 east of of Glacier C2 on ridge (never slept in) High point at C2 site. Perhaps did not push hard enough but even at BC 2 tents broken by wind-strong wind every day starting in late morning at night blew very hard. Route is very long with little altitude gain. Tent placed at site by Wuertenberger who did not sleep there on 28th. He again to C2 on 4th Nov, wind too strong for further progress and he retreated same day with tent. Kitchen boy on same day to C2 on his own to retrieve coffee pot, etc.
