Route Notes 2-13 Sept much snow; made deposit at 7000m in this period. 15 Sept avalanche hit at 7900m Valentina and Thirtha Tamang but not injured; carried by it 800m. Mountain was loaded with snow and were very lucky Valentina and Thirtha Tamang not hurt. Summiters lucky that avalanche took away much dangerous loose snow; was much snow. Avalanche that carried Valentina Lauthier 800m deposited her beside a tent and she crawled into it; other members started probing for her when someone looked in the tent and found her there.
