On the summit at 8:13 am (Chinese time). After summit all the way down to BC the same day. Arrival BC at 7 pm. Report from Bharath Thammineni: Approach: Jeep to Tingri, Trek to ABC. Much of the fixed rope was buried in the snow storm few days before, so he had to negotiate much of the climb without rope. Summit on 14/10 at 9:16 am Nepal time. Set off from C2 at 1 am on 14/10. Climbed together with Iranian woman and her Sherpa. Stayed on the top for about 40 minutes, good weather, but quite cold. On 14/10 back to BC at around 8 pm (China time).
