Route Notes	BC 20/04 4850m ABC 24/04 5650m HPt 24/04 5650m by Biswas. When the earthquake hit at about 11:50 am Nepali time, Biswas was in the dining tent, writing his dairy. It was a severe vibration and lasted for about a minute. He instantly came out and called the other members as they were all inside their tents. There was a strong wind at ABC and it took them a while to realize that this was an earthquake. Biswas was scared about the serac that was towering above their tent, but luckily nothing happened. He could then hear the sound of avalanches from the eastern slopes, which were far away. They had to abandon the climb due to the Chinese Authority's decision to stop mountaineering for the season in Tibet.
