Route Notes Five members and five Sherpas went to the top on 7 May. The party set out from C3 at 1:00 am on the 7th, and all were on the summit between 9:12 am (Bezuidenhout) and about 11:00 am (O'Connor). All descended to C2 to sleep that night; they arrived there between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. Disney went up with the rest of the team to C3 on 6 May, but was too tired to continue to the top the next morning. All members were down in ABC on the 8th. Members used oxygen from C3 to the top to C2, Sherpas from 8000m to top to C3. O'Connor got mild frostbite in several fingers and toes, which became numb. One of Nima Sherpa's toes was broken by a rock falling on it when he got down to 7900m while descending from the summit.
