| Route Notes | High Point: 7100m on 4 May. Gerhardter, Schnoell, Schweiger and Zietit left C1 at 10:30 am. It was a warm and calm day. Snow conditions good. They set up camp at C2 and descended to C1 to stay the night there. Schnoell, Schweiger and Ziettl went back up to C2 to dismantle the both camps as they had decided to abandon the expedition due to bad weather. They descended to ABC afterwards to pack up and leave. Prugger reached 6600m on 4th May. He turned back as he was not feeling very well. He descended to C1 where he stayed another night. The following day he descended to ABC, where he stayed for the rest of the expedition. |
