Route Notes On 27 September the team descended to ABC to rest, and on 1 October they returned to C1. On the 2nd while they were climbing to C2, at 6000m Iminski said he was not feeling well, but Rozmus thinks he had lost motivation. In any case, he descended to ABC while the other two members returned to C2. Iminski left the expedition on the 6th for Kathmandu and on the 8th flew home. Meanwhile, on Cho Oyu on the 3rd, snow was falling constantly and visibility was poor. On the 4th they descended to ABC to wait for better conditions, and finally on the 9th Federak and Rozmus returned to C1. But there was no tent; the old one had been destroyed by the wind. They tried to pitch a new one, but the wind defeated their efforts, and they went back to ABC. Their climb was finished.
