Route Notes High point at C3. Marquez, Rey and Riba reached C3 on 6 Oct. They stayed the night without sleeping bags as they did not carry them up in order to save the weight. Night was very cold. They got up at 5 am for summit push but decided to abandon expedition as it was too windy. They descended to BC. Left C3 at 10 am and reached BC at 6 pm. Riba skied from C3 to C1. The only section he did not ski was a section on ice cliff. He abseiled about 5m. Balaguer, Casellas, Galan, Mena and Moreno reached C1 on 26 Sept. None of them was feeling well after staying one night, so they descended to ABC and stayed there.
