| Route Notes | On 24 Sept Dartique, Priez, Richer, Wymann and two Tibetans went to C1 to see if they could climb further. At midnight snowfall and storm started; spent night at C1 and next day went down to ABC. On 29 Sept Millet, Priez, Thoreau and two Tibetans went to C1 and they found all four tents were destroyed by storm. Tents were not usable and things were scattered all over the place including food stuff. The team went back to ABC and gave up climbing. The team returned Kathmandu on 1 October and will leave on 7 Oct. |
