Route Notes Chu and Da Sonam left C3 at 1:15 am (NST). Weather was cold but clear; climbing conditions good. Chu was climbing with another Singaporean team, led by Jane Lee. They saw Everest. They descended to C2, where they arrived at 7 pm. Next day C1 and 25 Sept ABC. He left ABC on 29 Sept. Aljunieo reached C1 on 14 Sept. He stayed one night and descended to ABC. He left ABC on 17 Sept for an important business meeting in Singapore. Bose reached 6800m (above icefall) on 15 Sept. As it was acclimatization trip, he did not intend to go higher; on his descent he heard inner voice telling him not to go any higher. He descended to ABC and left on 17 Sept. Xavier reached C2 on 19 Sept and stayed one night. On 21 Sept he descended to ABC and left for Kathmandu on 24 Sept. He abandoned climb due to lack of experience. Herbert, Hoby and Jackson reached C2 on 19 Sept. On 20 Sept they descended to C1 and on 21 Sept to ABC to rest. Due to storm they remained at ABC till 28 Sept. On 28 Sept the three climbers, Da Sonam, and Panuru Sherpa ascended to C1. Weather was windy but clear. On 29 Sept they ascended to C2 in very bad weather. As the weather forecast was bad for next few days, they decided to descend to ABC on 30 Sept. They left ABC on 3 Oct.
