Route Notes On 14 May Kulich and Mayr left C3 around 02:10 hours NST, reached summit at 13:15 hours, stayed on summit for about 20-30 minutes. Kulich called her boyfriend; Mayr called his office in Germany. They saw on the summit a pole and prayer flags. The summit was cloudy, so could not see Everest. Descended to C3 where Mayr reached at 16:00 hours and Kulich at 17:00 hours. Spent night at C3. Next day to ABC. Italian climber Magliano with oxygen and a Sherpa summited two hours ahead of Kulich team. There were no other summit on that day. At beginning of ascent the weather was good. In the afternoon it was cloudy and started snowfall, but no wind. Kulich and Mayr first attempt was on 3 May. but Kulich got sick (half of the right part of her body lost sense and tongue slowed down). Doctor at C3 of Amical team Everhard injected Dexamethazone and after few hours she became normal. She went down to C2 and next day to ABC. The doctor told her that it was not the effect of HAS. She never had headache. Mayr wanted to try for summit that day, but it was late. He slept at C3. Domberger slept at 7100m (C2) on 11 May; he had infection in his upper gum and fever. Next day he went down C1. No more climbing. Koinegg left ABC on 14 May; most of the time he suffered from stomach problem. He went up to 7100m on 30 April but did not sleep there. The team returned to Kathmandu on 17 May and will leave on 21 May. Expedition paid $150 each to Japanese for using ropes.
Accidents Kulich's right part of body became senseless
