Route Notes BC at 5000m CBC/IC on 11 Sept at 5300m. Carrard, Cosson, Despature (Alexis), Despature (Jean) and Ravanel left C2 at 01:30 hours(NST), joined other members at C3 (Angiboust, Baccard, Delevaux and Perez), and all together left C3 at 05:00 hours. The team reached to summit at 10:30 hours, stayed on summit for 30 minutes, descended to C2 where members reached between 13:30 to 17:00 hours. Weather was excellent, no wind and Everest view was perfect. There were many prayer flags on the summit. The summiters also saw marks of vomit on the summit. The team met Italians descending without oxygen. Two French and a Sherpa was already were on the summit when Delevaux team got to the summit. Angiboust had to turn around from 8100m, due to exhaustion. Bourrel left expedition saying that he had seen enough. Cosson reached up to C3, suffered from severe backache and had to give up further climbing. The team returned to Kathmandu on 9 Oct and trying to leave as soon as possible.
