Route Notes Frigerio and Pedroncelli left C1 at 9 pm (NT) on 21 Sept. It was cloudy. Conditions were good. They deposited their gear at C2 and returned to C1 at 5 pm. It started snowing which was the beginning of the bad weather, which lasted 5 days. The next day they descended to ABC. On 27 Sept Pedroncelli and Nanda Dorje Sherpa left ABC. Slept another night at C1 and ascended to C2 the 28 Sept. They left C1 at 9:30 and arrived at 3 pm. Pedroncelli decided at 5 pm to fly down with the paraglider as the weather was perfect and he was worried that it would turn bad again. He flew about 15 minutes and landed on top of the Nangpa La. He walked to ABC, where he arrived at 7:30 pm. Nanda Dorje Sherpa stayed the night at C2 on 28 Sept. He packed up C2 and descended to ABC the same day. The team decided to abandon the climb due to too much snow. On 1 Oct Pedroncelli ascended the peak which is northeast of ABC (6300m - don't know the name). It took him 3 hours to get up.
