Route Notes 24 May summit team left C3 at 11 pm Nepali time on 23 May. Weather was clear and calm but cold. Roos and Dawa Sherpa were with them but Roos got very cold feet and the two turned around at about 7600m. Scheeper and Nima Gombu spent about 15 minutes on summit and there was good view of Everest. They descended to C2, where they arrived 1 pm Nepali time. 25 May summit team left C2 at 11 pm on 24 May. Weather was clear and there was good view of Everest. They descended to C2, where they arrived at 2 pm Nepali time. Bakker and Reij got to C1 on 19 May. They did not stay the night; both developed a stomach problem at ABC and did not ascend again. Roodenburg got to C2 on 23 May. He and Van Hal and Pema went for the summit the same night but turned back at 7200m as Roodenberg felt too tired. They descended to C2. Roodenberg descended to C2 with Roos on 24 May. Snuders got to C1 on 19 May, but did not stay the night after this he did not go up again as he could not sleep properly and felt weak and exhausted.
