Route Notes Tacconi, Rosenschein and Sonam left C3 at 4 am. Rosenschein climbed to above the rock band but turned due to exhaustion. Tacconi spent 25 minutes on summit and descended to C2, where she arrived at 4 pm. Sonam Sherpa got frostbite on both feet (two toes each) and on the sole. He did not wear "One Sport" boots but normal plastic boots. Pasang Sherpa suffered from an infection in the leg. It was swollen and sore but he still climbed to C3.
