Route Notes On summit push they left C2 at 1:30 am. They got to C3 at 4:15 am. Due to strong winds they took shelter in a tent of another climbing team. They climbed up another 100m at 5:45 am, but turned back due to strong winds (about 60 km/hr). When they got out the tent at C3 it blew away. Team descended all the way to ABC, where they arrived at 11:30 am. Klinke climbed Central Summit before Cho Oyu (summit on 2 Oct). Temba Sherpa and Dawa Sherpa climbed with Klinke.
