Route Notes BC at Chinese BC. Emmanuel Chaudat turned back at 7700m due to fatigue and feeling sick. Nadine Gilson and Jose Hanssen left BC at the end of April. Gilson climbed to 6000m and Hannsens to C1 and spent one night there. They both turned back due to altitude problems (cough and lethargy). Team already attempted to summit on 3 May but had to turn around at 7500m due to bad weather.
Accidents Simon Morillo got frostbite on one finger
