| Route Notes | BC at CBC/IC on 7th at 5300m ABC at usual campsite C1 at usual campsite C2 at usual campsite C3 at usual campsite. Summits between 8 am and 1 pm. Josette Valloton left BC on Sept 26 and went to KTM by road to get treatment for her frostbite in hospital. Josette Valloton got her frostbite on the summit day. Apparently it was not extremely cold. Frostbites possibly due to frostnips acquired at Xixabangma this spring. Team saw Everest, Lhtose, Kangchenjunga, Ama Dablam and Makalu in the clouds. Klaus Tscherrig met Mingma Sherpa from Tengboche on summit. Hansruedi Wirth turned around at 7500m due to fatigue. Farid Nadimi turned around at 6000m due to illness (virus).
