| Route Notes | From C2 7/8 Oct at midnight and got to 7700m, turned back because wind and snowfall storm by S Aguerre, P Aguerre and Domequ at 4:00 am (Chinese time) and down to ABC. 2nd party of Arburua, Sallaberremborde and Alcacebe left C2 at 11/12 Oct midnight, climbed to 7700m at 4:00 am also stayed 6 hours to wait sunshine (very cold -30 C) and windy but no clouds. Waited also to see the mountain; saw mountain but impossible to go higher because of the fierce wind so down to ABC same day. |
