Route Notes 18th Sept at 2:00 am NST for top; 7:12 am on top were Chow, Quah and Zerbe and 4 Sherpas Kami, Mingma, Karma and Teo and Dorje at 8:00 am. Saw Everest and all down to ABC; all returned to ABC to sleep. Quah left 27 Sept C3 in for 2nd summit push without oxygen at 2:30 am and on top at 7:35 am, saw Everest and down to ABC to sleep. This team first to arrive at mountain and did almost all rope fixing. Oxygen: Sherpas none; all four members that summited (on 18 Sept) in C3 to top to C2. Quah used none in his second ascent of 27th Sept from ABC to top and down. Aljoorfri used oxygen when developed pulmonary edema while climbing from C2 to C3 on 9th Sept and was carried down to ABC and left early. Ee got frostbitten fingers on 8th Sept because his gloves were not adequate; left expedition 9th.
